When will my order ship?
We do our very best to ship all orders within 2 business days, but please allow up to 5 days during peak seasons. When your order is processed via USPS, you will receive an email with a tracking number for your convenience.

Don't love it?
We love our stuff, and we want you to love it also. If for any reason you don't, or your item arrives damaged, we'll happily give you a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Just let us know. Let's keep it simple.

Want to shop in person?
We would love to meet you! Our homebase is located in Missoula inside Mother Moose Gifts & Gear located at 3014 Brooks Street. If you are traveling along I-90, make sure to stop by the St. Regis Gift Shop in St. Regis and check out our concept shop.
